Alejandro Cartagena
Just a really quick post about the fantastic on-going work from Alejandro Cartagena, Car Poolers.
Cartagena’s photographs of commuting trucks, taken from above, are really compelling. His positioning captures the trucks cargo, fellow workers, who are huddled, sat and reclined in the back. It’s a great series and I look forward to seeing it develop further.
Cartagena’s other projects, including the multi-faceted book - Suburbia Mexicana - are well worth looking at. More below.
